Each order is customized to coordinate with your event, whether you’re celebrating a birthday, baby shower, graduation, school event, or another special occasion.

Order Policy

The same policy applies to everything we sell. Please read our policy before placing your order.

Full Payment Required

All custom orders must be paid in full before we start your order. This helps us get your items made and ready in a timely manner.

Order Reservation

Items are not reserved until payment has been received.

Changes

Any changes after your order is finalized may result in additional costs.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may be non-refundable.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once production has started. Each item is handmade/custom and made just for you.

Pickup

Local pickup is by appointment only.

Shipping

Shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Care Instructions

Please follow the care instructions provided with your item. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

Shipping Policy

Preorder Shipping Timeframe

All products are PREORDER, and processing takes 2–3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays), unless marked as ready to ship.

No Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping—no exceptions.

Email Communication

You will receive two emails:

1. Order confirmation
2. Tracking number once your order has shipped

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see them in your inbox. If you do not provide an email address, you will not receive these emails.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items

If an item is on hand and ready to ship, it will be marked with {RTS}. These orders typically ship within 24–48 hours after payment, with standard 2–3 business day shipping. Available {RTS} items will be posted along with the sizes.

Correct Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request any updates.

Tracking and Shipping Questions

Once your order has shipped, we have access only to the tracking information provided. For any issues or questions after shipment, please reach out to the shipping company directly.
